 buyers premium for every item bought plus a 6.5% sales tax. 
 All credit cards will be billed at the close of the auction 
 with an invoice sent to your email. You will need a copy of 
 the invoice at the time of pick up. All items are local pick
  up only. There will be no shipping unless arranged and set 
 up by the buyer. Pick up times for this auction will be: Aug
